The University Operating Policy and Procedure system was developed to standardize university operating policies and procedures and academic operating policies and procedures (OPs and AOPs) and to provide a consistent and coherent method of defining university policies.
Executive Council

This policy was revised to provide further clarity in the definitions and refinements to the procedures. These updates include more detailed timelines and structured processes.
Schedule Planning and Registration
This policy was modified to bring the language in alignment with AOP 12.38 Undergraduate Academic Advisement and added more student types to the pre-registration timeline.
Funds of External Organizations
This policy was considered as part of its regular review cycle; however, no changes were made to the language.
Cost Transfer
This policy was modified with minor wording adjustments with no significant changes.
Securing and Paying for Honorarium, Speakers, Consultants, and Independent Contractors
This policy was updated to incorporate the Bully Buy system in the procedures.
