The University Operating Policy and Procedure system was developed to standardize university operating policies and procedures and academic operating policies and procedures (OPs and AOPs) and to provide a consistent and coherent method of defining university policies.
Executive Council

Faculty Released Time for Specified Committee Chairs

This policy modification updates the list of nonpublic buildings and facilities on all Mississippi State University campuses.
Outdoor Amplified Sound
This policy revision specifies that requests for events with amplified sound may only be submitted by registered organizations and Mississippi State University departments.
Free Speech and Assembly
This policy was revised to reflect the change in OP 91.310.
